  • To make the most of our time, prior to your initial appointment you will complete a pre-assessment questionnaire exploring your IBD journey, medical and medication history, diet, and lifestyle.

    Any information you have - I want it! Blood results, investigations - requesting these in advance from your IBD team is helpful to provide the full picture. We can request nutrition-focused blood results from your IBD team or GP if needed.

  • We start with an in depth initial assessment. We’ll discuss your IBD journey so far, your challenges, fears and goals and come up with a joint strategy.

    You’ll leave your first appointment with a clear action plan aimed at progressing towards your goals.
