The primary method of communication between the Client and Dietitian is via the secure chat function within the Practice Better portal. Email will also be used alongside this when necessary. While standard email is not 100% secure, with your consent, written communications will be sent to the email address you provide.

Enquiries submitted via the BDA Freelance Dietitian Directory or the official website will be answered via email in a timely manner, subject to capacity.

Free discovery calls may be offered to discuss your goals; no personal nutritional advice will be provided during discovery calls.

Personal nutritional advice will not be provided via social media direct messages or comments.
